Rebecca Lynne Jackson, known affectionately to all as Beckie, passed away suddenly at her residence in Cookeville, TN, on August 10, 2024. Born on September 30, 1965, in Flint, MI, Beckie's vibrant spirit and tenacious character were evident from an early age.

Beckie's life was marked by her pioneering spirit and dedication to her work. She retired from FICOSA in Cookeville, where she was a trailblazer for women in the factory automotive industry. Her colleagues remember her as a formidable presence who could hold her own in any aspect of her job, setting a powerful example for many who would follow in her footsteps.

A free spirit and a child of God, Beckie approached life with a toughness and authenticity that made her one of a kind. Her interests and hobbies reflected her gypsy soul and independent nature, and she was known for her unwavering strength and her ability to face life's challenges with grace and courage.

Beckie's legacy is carried on by her loving family. She is survived by her children, Michael Pate, Jenifer (Steve) Pate, Miranda (Nathan) Laviolette, Jose Collazo, and Rosa (Travis) Wines, who will cherish the memories of their mother's love and indomitable spirit. Beckie was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin Pate and Virginia Thacker Pate. The values and love they instilled in her were evident in the way she lived her life and in the family she raised.
