Bebe Crowell

Mrs. Bebe Geren Crowell died Friday, August 12, 2022 in Cookeville, Tennessee. She was born November 11, 1937 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to the late Ramon Geren and Gladys McLarty. Bebe is survived by her husband of 61 years, Orville Crowell of Cookeville; two sons, Mark and wife Virginia of Orlando, Florida, and Michael and wife Jennifer of Cookeville; granddaughter, Elizabeth of Cookeville; and two sister, Nancy Fountain both of Cookeville. Bebe retired from a teaching career in English and Journalism which lasted thirty-two years. Twenty-four of those years were spent teaching at Baxter Elementary and Cookeville High School. Her remains will be interred at Crest Lawn Cemetery in Cookeville. No visitation or memorial services will be held. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
