Anthony Dale "Smiley" Kirby

Graveside Funeral services for Anthony Dale Kirby, age 37 of Cookeville will be held on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Double Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 14, from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service at the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Anthony passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at Vanderbuilt Medical Center in Nashville. He was born August 15, 1973 in Cookeville to Juanita Kirby and the late Robert Kirby. Mr. Kirby is survived by his daughter, Anna Grace Kirby, mother Juanita Kirby two brothers Rodney and Wanye Kirby. Anthony was preceded in death by his father Robert Kirby and infant brother Richard Lee Kirby.
