Anna Jo Mcdonald

Funeral services for Anna Jo Beasley McDonald, 81, of Cookeville, will be Monday, October 5 at 1 PM from the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Horner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Cookeville City Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Wright will officiate. Mrs. McDonald died Friday morning, October 2, 2015 at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, TN. She was born December 7, 1933 in Smith County to the late Norman Benton "N.B." and Flora Nonan Ditty Beasley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Frank McDonald who passed away December 27, 2007; sisters, Maurine Beasley Lambert, Mary Douglas Beasley Fields and Opal Beasley Sullins, and brother, Fred Beasley. She was a retired cashier with Upper Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation with forty-eight years of service. She was a member of Chestnut Mound United Methodist Church. Survivors include nieces and nephews: Gerald (Jane) Lambert of Knoxville, Barbara (Daryhl) Murphy of Cookeville, Harry Sullins of Baxter, Jim (Greta) Fields of Michigan, Eddie (Rita) Lambert of Ridgetop, Kenneth (Linda) Fields of Baxter, Don (Diane) Sullins of Buffalo Valley, Brenda Fields of Baxter, Joanna Thompson of Spring City, Dale (Mark) Bivens of Soddy Daisy, Beth (Roger) Watts of Buffalo Valley, John (Jodi) Beasley of Spring City several great nieces and nephews. Active Pallbearers will be John Beasley, Ken Fields, Kenny Fields, Kris Fields, Jim Fields, Brian Fields, Don Sullins and Eddie Lambert. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Chestnut Mound United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, %Stan Webster, 927 Cookeville Highway Chestnut Mound, TN 38552 or the charity of your choice. Mrs. McDonald's family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 8 PM and after Monday after 11 AM.
