Anna Herrell

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Lucille Herrell age 82 of Decatur, AL, and formerly of Monterey will be held at 11am Friday, February 14 at Horner Funeral Home in Monterey. Bro. Glen Goggins will officiate. Interment will follow in the Welch Cemetery. Mrs. Herrell's family will receive friends Thursday from 5 -8 pm and again Friday from 10 am until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Herrell died Monday, February 10, 2014 at the Decatur Morgan Hospital in Decatur, AL. She was born July 28, 1931 in Crawford, TN to the late Willie Snow and Laura Melissa Copeland Goggins. Mrs. Herrell had the biggest heart and would help anyone. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Doyle Herrell of Decatur; two daughters and son-in-law, Andrea and Norman Rehr, Beverly Fard all of Decatur; brother, Glen Goggins of Monterey; three grandchildren, Christie Jacobson (Brent), Glen Rehr (Stefanie), and Michael Farv; and three great-grandchildren, Laura Melissa Jacobson, Tyler Elliot Jacobson, and Elizabeth Rachel Rehr. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
