Andy Adams

Anthony (Andy) Earl Adams, age 41 of Cookeville, passed away suddenly Monday April 12, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Andy was born September 1, 1979 in Cookeville, TN. He is survived by his mother, Teresa (Gay) Adams Shepherd; sisters, Autumn (Michael) Trudel of Baxter, and Karmann Shepherd of Cookeville; aunts and uncles, Tami Ryan, Tina Phillips, Tony Adams, Peggy Fragopoulos, Kirby Patrick and their respective families; nephew, Daiden Crail; and grandfather, Fred Bustos. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Hugh and Kathy Adams, and Marilyn Bustos. Andy was full of life and never met a stranger. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Singing "Row Row Row Your Boat" with sister "Baby Autumn," eating peppermint and popcorn with Momma Teresa and Karmann at Pa Adam's car lot, digging into Gay's potato soup and mashed potatoes, going for rides in the Volkswagon Thing, and swimming were some of his favorite past times.
