Altie Blanche Lollar

Funeral Services for Blanche Allison Lollar, age 88, of Cookeville, will be Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Allison Cemetery. Mrs. Lollar was born August 27, 1926 in Putnam county TN to the late Charlie C. Allison and Bertha Lee Green Allison. She has been a resident of Morningside for the last four and a half years. Blanche enjoyed working puzzles and loved to sew and quilt. Good gospel music was her favorite. She was a member of the Almyra Methodist Church and one of fifteen brothers and sisters. Blanche is survived by one sister; Flossie Lewis of Michigan as well as eleven nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Blanche was preceded in death by her husband, Johnie Lollar and nine brothers and four sisters. Brother Ron Dyer will be conducting the services.
