Mr. Hermon Edward (Eddie) Pippin

Funeral services for Mr. Hermon Edward (Eddie) Pippin, age 60, of Baxter will be held Friday, July 1, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from noon until time of service. Burial will follow in the Union Flatt Cemetery in Jackson County. Eddie was born September 29, 1955 in Cookeville to the late Hermon L. Pippin and Zelah Cledeth Delaney Pippin. Eddie enjoyed fishing, hunting, being outdoors, and singing karaoke. He had a great passion for all types of music. Eddie had an infectious smile and loved to have fun among friends and family. He also loved his pets. Mr. Pippin was the owner of Upper Cumberland Termite & Pest Control. He is survived by his daughter; Molly Sue (husband Peck) Fletcher of Murfreesboro, the love of his life, Amanda Burgess of Cookeville, one brother, Fred Ellis, five sisters; Helen Roberson, Trish Brown, Brenda Rittenberry, Sarah Wesserling and Machel Brown. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Jackson Bobier and William Fletcher as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Benny Pippin. Bro. Joe Ramsey will officiate the service.
