Funeral services for Mildred Roberts Flanary, 87 of Cookeville will be conducted Wednesday February 13 at 11 a.m. in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Bro. Buddy Johnson will officiate. Interment will follow in West Cemetery in the Fairview Community. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Flanary died Monday morning, February 11, 2013 at her residence. She was born October 11, 1925 in Cookeville to the late Marvin and Martha Lee Ann Letner Roberts. Mrs. Flanary was a beloved mother and homemaker. She loved gardening, quilting, bead working and canning. She especially enjoyed spoiling her granddaughters. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Dayton, Ohio. She is survived by two daughters, Shirley McMillan (John Huff) of Dayton, Ohio and Tina Marie Conatser of Cookeville; granddaughters, Sarah Beth Conatser and Skyla Julian Kroenert; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, James Harold McMillan and Jr. Sterling Flanary; three brothers, Lonnie, Fowler, and McClarion Roberts; and four sisters, Laura Roberts, Rosie Thompson, Gladys Kemp and Eulene McReynolds. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Mrs. Flanary"�s family would like to express a special Thank You to the caregivers at Odyssey Hospice.
