Michael Martin

Funeral Services for Michael Thomas Martin, age 19 of Baxter, will be held Monday, May 19 at 11 A.M. from the Baxter Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Tightfit Cemetery in the Boma Community of Putnam County. Michael died suddenly Thursday May 15, 2014 at his home. He was born September 26, 1994 in Snellville, GA to Anthony "ANDY" C. and Lisa Lowe Martin of Baxter. Michael was a student at Nashville State College in Cookeville studying in Computer Science and a member of Baxter Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by grandfather, Richard H. Martin. Survivors in addition to his parents include grandparents: Freeman & Sue Lowe of Baxter, Willene Martin of Cookeville, Fiance Kayla Bowman, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Bro. John Pippin will officiate. Michael's family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 P.M. and after 10 A.M. Monday at the funeral home.
