COOKEVILLE-Funeral services for Megan Alexandria Dale, 23, of Cookeville will be held Wednesday, April 27 at 1 p.m. in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Crest Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Bro. Malcolm Rios will officiate. Megan passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011 at her home. She was born January 12, 1988 in Cookeville, TN to Jack Ray and Barbara Ann Davis Dale of Hilham, TN; and the late William Gateley. Megan was a member of Livingston First United Methodist Church. She was a 2006 graduate of Livingston Academy and was a senior at Tennessee Tech University. She was an associate of ACCESS in Jamestown, TN where she worked with the developmentally disabled. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her twin sister, April Dale of Hilham; four brothers, Nathan Dale of Hilham; Jacob Dale of Pulaski, TN; Andrew Dale of Ethridge, TN; and Matthew Dale of Loretta, TN; grandparents, James and Glenda Tinsley and Earl and Alberta Dale all of Livingston; Jim and Debbie Davis of Amboy, IN; Evelyn Gateley of Baxter; great grandmother, Lucille Smith of Cookeville; four uncles, Terry (Carol) Davis of Lebanon; Robert Gateley of Cookeville; Larry Gateley of Baxter; David (Patty) Dale of Livingston; great uncle, Alton Dixon of Cookeville; four aunts, Donna Copeland of Livingston; Becky Eisler of Ohio; Sheryl Gamble of Nashville and Gail Randolph of Baxter; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Megan"�s family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Wednesday 12 noon until service time. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
