Funeral services for Matthew William Quarles, 30 of El Paso, Texas formerly of Cookeville will be Saturday, November 26 at 11 A.M. from the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Horner Funeral Home with interment in Crest Lawn Cemetery. Matthew died Thursday, November 17, 2011 at his home in El Paso. He was born April 20, 1981 in Cookeville to Roy E. Quarles, Sr. of Cookeville and the late Bobbie Jean Matheney Quarles. He was a 2000 graduate of Seymour High School and was in Restaurant Management with Sonic Corporation. Survivors in addition to his father include five sisters and brothers-in-law, Dianna (Brad) Russell of Seymour, TN; Nora (Maurice) Farmer of White House, TN; Melissa (Darryl) Underwood of Pleasant View, TN; Judy Quarles of Carbondale, IL; and Charlene Quarles of Cookeville; one brother and sister-in-law, Roy E. (Leah) Quarles, Jr. of Murfreesboro, TN and several nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 8 P.M. and after 9 A.M. on Saturday at the funeral home. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
