Funeral services for Mrs. Marie Lee Dishman, age 66, of Cookeville, will be at 12:00 p.m.(noon) Tuesday September 4 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Algood City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Marie passed away Saturday morning September 1, 2018 at her home. She was born March 18, 1952 in Dayton, OH to the late Jess and Goldie Smith Murphy. Marie was a member of Trinity Assembly. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Bobby Dishman, who she married July 17, 1971 in Dayton, OH; daughter and son-in-law, Nikki and Eric Moran of Cookeville; sister, Debbie Mendenhall of Jamestown, OH; and grandson, William Preston Moran, niece Angie Mendenhall and great niece, Jasmine Rockhold both of Jamestown, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an aunt, Marie Smith. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
