Funeral services for Julius Larosa Reynolds, age 66 of Cookeville, were held at 3 p.m. Saturday April 24 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Pastor Diantha McLeod officiated. Interment followed in Algood Heritage Cemetery. The family received friends Saturday from 1 p.m until service time. Julius passed away Wednesday April 14, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born November 26, 1954 in Oklahoma City, OK to the late Virginia Mae McGlory Reynolds. Julius was a member of Burton's Chapel Methodist Church. He formerly served in the US Army. He was a talented musician and enjoyed gardening. He is survived by his companion, Anna Murphy; brother, Darrell Reynolds; bonus children, James Paul Murphy and Sonya Murphy. Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
