Joan L. Dugan

Joan L. Dugan, age 80, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2021 at Heritage Pointe Senior Living, Cookeville, TN. She was born on September 13, 1940 in NJ to the late Ernest and Edna Linke. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Dugan in 2010. They met in high school and were married on November 12, 1960. She is survived by their three children, Debra Dugan Parizeau (John), Patricia Dugan Barbosa (Dave), William Dugan (Lisa), grandchildren Alexa Dolce, Peter Dugan, Daniel Dugan, Shannon Dugan. She is also survived by her brother Ray Linke (Deloris) and their children Sean, Shara, and Sunshine.
