Janet Suzie Blaylock Rodgers

Memorial Services for Janet “Suzie” Blaylock Rodgers, age 55 of Cookeville will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 4, 2010 at the First Assembly of God Church 0n North Washington Ave. in Cookeville. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Mrs. Rodgers passed away on Friday, October 1, 2010 at her sister's home in Cookeville. “Suzie” was born January 6, 1955 in Putnam County to the late Robert Kenneth Blaylock and Myrtle Alene McCloud Blaylock. Mrs. Rodgers family includes several brothers and sisters; Donnie Blaylock and wife Glenda of Cookeville, Kenny Blaylock and wife Patricia of Athens TN, Bruce Blaylock and wife Sarah of Cookeville, Scotty Blaylock and Cristina of Cookeville, John Mark Flatt and wife Jennifer of Cookeville, Pam Smith of Florida, Darlene Odom and husband Roy of Mt. Juliet, Ann Williams and husband Kenny of Indianapolis IN, and Kathy Boatman and husband Tom of Cookeville. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dewight Rodgers and one sister, Melisaa Nadine Blaylock.
