Gerald "Jerry" Wolverton

Mr. Gerald "Jerry"� Robert Wolverton, 83, of Cookeville, died Monday evening, June 10, 2013 at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation-Masters in Algood, TN. No services are planned. Mr. Wolverton was born July 15, 1929 in Williamston, MI to the late Howard L. Wolverton and Helana VanOrden Wolverton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Harlene Fulton. Mr. Wolverton was retired from General Motors where he worked in research and development. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Cecil "Cece"� Hall Wolverton of Cookeville; daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Dennis Jensen of Cookeville; five grandchildren, Danny Spates, Michelle Hickman and husband Foy, Raymond Guerro and wife Vicki, Frank Guerro, Kathi George and husband Danny; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
