A Mass of Christian Burial for Frederick Leland Allison, age 74 of Cookeville will be Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 2:30 PM at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Fr. Jerry Kopel will officiate. His family will receive friends Saturday 1:30-2:30 PM at the church.
Graveside services and interment will be Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 1 PM EST at Polk Memorial Gardens in Columbus, NC with Rev. Mark Nash officiating.
Fred passed away Wednesday August 31, 2022 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
He was born August 1, 1948 in Tryon, NC to the late English Arthur Allison and Bobbi Ford Allison.
Fred was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. He was retired from FICOSA and was a avid golfer.
He is survived by his brother, Phillip (Barbara-Lou) Allison of Melbourne, FL; sister, Beverly Robbinson of Burnsville, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Timothy Eugene Allison.
