Funeral services for Rebecca Faye Warren, age 72 of Crossville, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday January 5 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Donna Peak will officiate. Interment will follow at Paran Cemetery.
Her family will receive friends Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of services.
Faye passed away Monday January 2, 2023 at Livingston Regional Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born September 4, 1950 in Livingston to the late Fred and Elise Daniels Buford.
Faye was a graduate of Putnam County Senior High School and attended Tennessee Tech University. She worked in the banking industry in Chattanooga for over 20 years.
Faye loved cooking, knitting, reading and watching her beloved wildlife. She was a beautiful selfless person who loved to serve others.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Warren; son, Scott (Jayne) Warren of Cookeville; two sisters, Ann Mainord of Cookeville and Judy (Jack) Sibilla of Daytona Beach, FL; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kent and Donna Warren of Cookeville, Bruce and Kathy Jones of Mt. Juliet, Sam and Darla Warren of Cookeville; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law, Clay and Gladys Warren; and brother-in-law, Marvin Mainord.
Pallbearers will be Roger Williams, Frank Bottoms, Chris Barnes, Todd Mainord, Tyler Smith, and Jerry Bowman. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Bowman and Joe Simmons.
