Funeral services for Diego Pablo Baltazar, age 8 months, of Cookeville, will be held Saturday, November 14th at 12:30 p.m. at Comunidad Guadalupana (2435 Fisk Road, Cookeville). Burial will follow at Cookeville City Cemetery. His family will receive friends Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until service time at the church. Deigo died suddenly Saturday morning, November 7, 2015 in Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born March 4, 2015 in Cookeville to Santiago Nicolas Nicolas and Micaela Pablo Baltazar. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Umberto Pablo Baltazar and sister, Melissa Pablo Baltazar; paternal grandparents, Mario Diaz Nicolas and Ana Nicolas; maternal grandparents, Diego Pablo Miguel and Isabel Baltazar; and by additional family members, Carmen Pablo Baltazar, Wilson Juan Pablo Baltazar, Maria Pablo Baltazar, Andrea flor Ignacio Baltazar, Diego Pablo Jr., Pricilla Pablo Baltazar, Gaspar Martin, Martin Pablo Baltazar, Mateo Pablo Baltazar, and Belinda Pablo Baltazar.
