Funeral Services for Mr. Danny Richard Templeton, 51 of Monterey will be held Tuesday September 11 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Horner Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Buckner officiating. Interment will follow in Welch Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Templeton died suddenly Friday September 7, 2012 at his home. He was born January 2, 1961 in Monterey to the late Billy Lance and Virginia Nell Buckner Templeton. He was an associate of Cumberland Container; attended Woodclift Baptist Church; and was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing. Survivors include his daughter, Nicole Templeton of Nashville; brother, Shane Templeton of Hendersonville; sister, Martie Cravens of Nashville; several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. His family will receive friends Tuesday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
