Aubrey Stockton

Funeral services for Mr. Aubrey Lee Stockton, age 87, of Algood, will be held Wednesday, May 16th at 4:00 p.m. at Algood Family Event Center, 124 1st Avenue, Algood, TN. Brother John Chowning will officiate. Interment will follow at Algood City Cemetery. Mr. Stockton's family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until time for the services. He died Monday, May 14, 2018 at Signature Health Care in Algood. He was born July 19, 1930 in Cookeville, TN to the late Boyce and Mary Lee Bartlett Stockton. He attended Bangham School. Mr. Stockton retired after many years as an employee of Algood Limestone Company, and then took a position as a maintenance supervisor for the city of Algood. Mr. Stockton was a member of Algood Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Bonnie Warren Stockton; daughter, Elizabeth and husband, John Hudson of Cookeville; grandchildren, Matthew Hudson and wife, Julie of Lancing, TN and Laurie Cipriani and husband, Jim of Nashville; great grandchildren, Maeve and Henry Hudson and Jack and Dean Cipriani; one sister, Betty Reed of Algood; a beloved caregiver who became one of the family, Carla Bundrant; a faithful night time sitter, Stephanie Gallagher; care givers, Teresa, Sandy, Rebecca, Kimberly, Kristin and Caroline; and his loving family of Algood Church of Christ. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Willow Meals, c/o the Willow Avenue Church of Christ, 1150 S.
