Funeral services for Dr. Allison (Allie) Leann Vickers, age 35, of Cookeville, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 7 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home with Bob McCoy officiating. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 - 8 p.m. and again Saturday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Allie passed away Thursday morning, January 5, 2017 at her parent's home in Cookeville. She was born August 28, 1981 in Roane County, TN to Joseph (Joe) and Ann Spurling Cameron. Allie graduated Cookeville High School in 2000. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Mercer University and was employed as a pharmacist with Cardinal Health. Allie was 2nd degree black belt in karate. She was a humble but fierce competitor, former Grand Champion, and amazing instructor at Jack Scott United Karate Studio. In addition to her parents, she is survived by daughter Kylee Cameron Vickers; sister and brother-in-law, Kimber and Adam Wagner; and niece, Jordyn Wagner, all of Cookeville. Pallbearers will be Brad Bowelle, Jacob Howard, Keith Goolsby, Tara Eubanks-Haney, Leah Burnett, and Mike Phillips. Honorary pallbearers will be members of United Karate Studio Black Belts. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kylee Vickers Educational Fund, 1st TN Bank, 345 S.
